Summary: CGI Groupe and Mrs. Maria Bologna are being sued for $ 400,000 for moral damages, unlawful dismissal, psychological harassment and Collusion. ERP Connex, sent the employee to work for their customer, Reitmans in Montreal. The employee seeing the trap he fell into took all the evidence and information available before the door was closed by Reitmans and ERP Connex as we can well guess and as planned..

Summary: CGI Groupe et Mme Maria Bologna sont poursuivi pour $400,000, pour dommages moraux, congédiement illégale, Harcèlement psychologique et Collusion. Apres une annee, l’employé termine un Projet avec des felicitation et une promotion monetaire, mais aussitôt qu’il anonce sont intention de prendre des conges pour la naissance de son enfent on lui rend la vie dure. Il vont meme jusqu’a fabriquer un test de competence pour trouver des raisons de le renvoyer. L’employé voyant le piège donc il est victime prend toute preuves et informations a sa disponibilité avant que la porte soit egalement fermé par Reitmans et ERP comme on peut bien le deviner..
